On Friday the Italian mountaineer Hervé Barmasse published a photo taken three days before on the top of Mount Everest, which shows dozens of people lined up.

The photo was taken by Lydia Bradey, a New Zealand mountaineer and the first woman to climb Everest without supplemental oxygen, on one of the busiest days ever to climb Everest. In recent days, in fact, hundreds of participants in commercial expeditions have taken advantage of the window of good weather to try to reach the top of the mountain: two people died because of too many hours spent in the queue.
